Honorable Selah Mazreh

We strongly Condemn military invasion of Alahwaz by Persian-Iranian anti-Arab, anti-non-Persian nations forces of British-based Pahlavi regime in April 20, 1925, and harsh extension of occupational and genocidal policies constructed by chauvinistic Pahlavi regime and promoted by the present Persian-Iranian theocratic regime of Iran in the last 95 years of invasion (1925-2020).

Thirty third session of United Nations General Assembly in its proclamation “Welcoming the Independence of Solomon Islands”, from Australia in 1978 declares:

1. (UN) Calls upon all states to implement fully and faithfully the resolutions of the United Nations regarding the exercise of the right to the self-determination by people under colonial and alien domination;

2. (UN) reaffirms the legitimacy of the struggle of the people for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and foreign occupation by all available means, particularly armed struggle. (63rd UN plenary meeting of November 1978)

The United Nations Charter in June 26.1945, San Francisco at the end of World War II also placed the Right of Self-Determinationinto the framework of international law and diplomacy.

Article 1,The Purposes of the United Nations are:

“1.To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;

2.To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;

3.To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion; and

4.To be a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends.”

The main concept of Ahwazi Arabs practices of struggle relatively is the same as the struggling approaches of Southern Azerbaijani Turks, Southern Turkmens, Baluches and Kurds against ethnic-cultural, socioeconomic, linguistic and even religious genocide by the terrorist, authoritarian, ancient, chauvinist and theocratic regime of Iran. Our struggle is unique, hard, recursive, and collaborative and since summer of 2005, it is assembled in unified will of all non-Persian nation for Self -Determination and sovereignty in Front of Nations for Self-Determination from (Iran) FNFSD.

I bow for the memory of the fallen Ahwazi resistant fighters who lost their lives at the time of invasion of Alahwaz in April 1925, and who heroically sacrificed and are sacrificing their lives to save lives and stand tall to hold and preserve Ahwazi flag of freedom high, and to wide-spread the national, democratic voice of Alahwaz in the past and present. I ascertained that the memory of Ahwazi Shahids and their glorified destiny will be shared by all Ahwazi Arab people in solidarity with all other non-Persian nations of so called “Iran” in their struggle for independence.

Historically, 95 years ago,Alahwaz was an Autonomous Arab territory led by ethnic Arab ruler Sheikh Khazal, until he was overthrown completely in 1925 through the military invasion ruled by Reza Khan. Aftermath of the invasion, Alahwaz gradually lost its political and economic independence and forcibly annexed into so called Iran. Prior to the annexation in April 20, 1925, Alahwaz enjoyed full autonomy and independence in its long history and Arab language was taught and spoken as the official language of Alahwaz. It is noteworthy to mention that even Persians before the annexation of Alahwaz, referred to the region as Arabistan that is definitely justified the presence of a sovereign national territory populated with Ahwazi Arab nation, Arab Identity and status.

 Ahwazi Arab is an oil rich territory that provides a minimum of 75% of Iranian regime ‘s national budget, but in spite of it, people of Alahwaz even do not have a safe drinking water to drink. And what is occurred during the recent flooding in Alahwaz and Southern Turkmenistan in March 2019 is obviously defined the inhumane nature of the regime once more. Generally, since 20 April 1925, abusive assimilation policies, genocidal demographic change and persecution of every democratic move of Ahwazi Arab nation for national, cultural rights is suppressed notoriously.

 Boby Sands, the Irish MP, and the leader of 1981 -IRA hunger strike who died after 66 days said:

“They have nothing in their whole arsenal to break one Irishman who do not want to be broken”

I am telling: they -Persian-Iranian Regime”, have nothing in their whole anti-Arab, Anti South Azerbaijani Turk, anti-Baluch, anti-Kurd and anti-Southern Turkmen arsenal to break even one Ahwazi Arab, One South Azerbaijani Turk, one Baluch, one Kurd or one Southern Turkmen who do not want to be broken.

Long live Ahwazi Arab Nation, Long Live Ahwazi Arab Land

Long Live Ahwazi Arab Nation s’ Struggle for Sovereignty.
