FNFSD Conference of 26 October 2024
Front of Nations For Self-Determination “Iran” (FNFSD) Objectives, And Its National, International Conceptual Principals.
My sincere regards to FNFSD Secretary General Hon. Shemal Piran, for his consistent leadership work
FNFSD Leadership Counsel, FNFSD organizations’ leaders and members,
Honorable Guests of FNFSD Conference,
Front of Nations For Self-Determination “Iran” (FNFSD) rooted and established on the winter of 2005 during the weeks and months of discussions among existing political organizations’ members and independent intellectuals abroad (mostly in European countries), who came to choose the better national, political way to inspire, to guide, and to lead the long live struggle of the persecuted Non-Persian Nations for independence and to provide constitutional ethnic, cultural and religious rights to all ethnic, religious groups like Gilekes, Qashgay Turks, Lores, Bakhtiaries and Bahaies after the disintegration of Islamic regime of Iran.
The Democracy, freedom, equality and The Rights Of Self-Determination Of Nations are the fundamental cornerstones of FNFSD foundation and its visionary working concept based on The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The Charter of the United Nations of 1945 as a founding UN document that signed by the members of 50 world sovereign countries, the UN Declaration of Decolonization, UN Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples also known as the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 1514, and all other resolutions of UN committees that protect human rights, citizen rights and the right of self-determination of the oppressed and occupied/colonized nations.
The geography which called “Iran” is a multi-nation country. Itformed as a suppressive British-made Persian state of Pahlavi’s in 1925. The invaded and occupied non-Persian nations not only had no share in government and power, but also were denied their rightful national and nationhood identity, and were culturally assimilated. They kept under military occupation and were deprived economically in a colonized manner. For the past century, these Non-Persian Nations: South Azerbaijani Turks, South Turkmens, Ahwazi Arabs, Baluches, Kurds and other ethnic groups such as Qashgay Turks, lores, Bakhtiaries, Gilekes along with religious groups like Bahaies who are considered over 70% of population, have been fighting against both regimes of Pahlavi and its predecessor the Islamic Iran to achieve the right of self-determination for their people/nations.
* It is noteworthy to mention that The principle of the Right of Self-Determination of Nations even before the foundation of United Nations (UN) on October 24, 1945 in San Francisco, California-USA, was advocated by the US President Woodrow Wilson after the First World War. Having announced his Fourteen Points on 8 January 1918 and on 11 February 1918, Wilson stated: “National aspirations must be respected; people may now be dominated and governed only by their own consent. ‘Self determination’ is not a mere phrase; it is an imperative principle of action.”
Later, it became the most important basis of the United Nations’ conceptual policies to protect and safeguard the legitimate right of self-determination of nations, individual rights, liberty and to provide equality for all nations. I need to mention that by referring to these principles and conventions, many international disputes /conflicts between the oppressed nations and the colonial powers were resolved. UN Peace-building policies has played a prominent role in UN operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Kosovo, Liberia and Mozambique, as well as in Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq. However, there were failures too.
*UN General Assembly -thirty third session, UN 63 plenary meeting of November 29, 1978 entitled as Welcoming The Independence of Solomon Islands (from Australia) declares:
1. UN, Calls upon all states to implement fully and faithfully the resolutions of the United Nations regarding the exercise of the right to self-determination by peoples under colonial and alien domination;
2. UN, Reaffirms the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and foreign occupation by all available means, particularly armed struggle; (UN general Assembly-33rd session, page 138)
Internationally, FNFSD, strongly condemns the interference and aggression of the occupying and terrorist regime of Iran in the interior affairs of neighboring countries of the region, including the creation of terrorist Iran-based networks in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Bahrain, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and etc. FNFSD, greatly supports the resistance and struggle of the aforementioned governments and nations against Iranian terrorist regime and ask for the complete expulsion of Iranian terrorist forces from these countries.
FNFSD, believes, if the terrorist regime of Iran acquires nuclear weapons, the security and stability of the region and the world will definitely be threatened and will seriously be violated. Therefore, FNFSD requests US Congress, European Parliament and all progressive world countries, The UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, and all international anti-terror organizations to take an immediate and serious measures to prevent the terrorist regime of Iran from the attainment of nuclear weapons.
The oppressed Non-Persian Nations of so called “Iran” have been the main victims of the genocidal policies of the occupying regime of Iran, they have already paid a lot for injustice and discrimination and are paying the most highest life long sorrows and sufferings for the denial of their national identity, ethnic, cultural and linguistic belongings. However, they have always been at the frontline of the liberation movement against the terrorist regime of Iran. The Front of Nations For Self-Determination of “Iran” (FNFSD) as a free, an independent and a democratic resistance voice of Non-Persian Nations that lead the struggle of the oppressed nations in so called “Iran” considers itself a substantial political alternative to repel the Islamic regime and to end the genocidal policies of Islamic Iran. And for this reason, we ask the international assemblies and neighboring countries to support the righteous struggle of our people to overthrow the terrorist regime of Iran.
Nationally, FNFSD, demands the unconditional withdrawal of the occupying forces of Iranian Islamic regime from the motherlands of Non-Persian Nations, by handing over the administration of these lands to their local, national, territorial owners. FNFSD, invites all political parties and organizations along with experienced and dedicated militant people among Non-Persian Nations, to study, identify and monitor the further movement plans, especially in regard to the military camps/centers and be ready to confiscate this locations for the use of their own national army when the opportunity matches time, place and reality. It requires the collaboration of all oppressed nations.
FNFSD declares that in accordance to the principle of the equality of women and men, the future national, regional governments of the freed-nations, shall provide special privileges to women in order to compensate for the past century’s dual-oppression’s in the male-dominated and religious societies of both regimes to elevate the status of woman, as it is endured in the modern and democratic countries.
FNFSD believes that in the geography of so called Iran, only an elective congress from all nations, where each nation has the equal rights, will manage the common political undertakings and lead the struggle of the oppressed Non-Persian Nations to achieve sovereignty or confederal systems of governing based on the free referendum by the free votes of of each nation under the UN observatory commissions.
FNFSD as the alternative alliance of Non-Persian Nations acknowledges that in the past one hundred years, the occupying regimes of Iran, in order to impose its oppressive rule on non-Persian nations, partially has changed the demographic structure of some national territories through the forcible settlement of people from other regions into the Non-Persian national national, territorial motherland. This has caused many alarming issues for the ethnic structures of these territories. Therefore, FNFSD declares that the future regional governments or future sovereign states divided from “Iran”, are responsible to deal with these issues in the most peaceful ways by referring to the historical, territorial facts, away from violence or atrocities, to resolve theses issues in hand, and to support the parties to sign a memorandum of non-aggression among themselves, and encourage them to apply to UN international courts and tribunals upon their conflict resolutions.
We, as FNFSD organizational members aim to preserve the heritage of the UN visionary institutions who works for the peace and prosperity of the present and future generations in our national territories and all the world, We share our knowledge and experiences to help advance the nation’s democratic, organizational and conceptual ideals based on the Universal Declaration of Human rights, The Charter on United nations, the Rights of Self Determination of Nations, UN declaration of decolonization.
